Sean pursued his studies at the University of Malta, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2016, a Master of Advocacy in 2017 and a Master of Notarial Studies in 2020. He was conferred with the Advocacy Warrant in 2018, before being conferred to practice as a Notary Public in Malta in 2024. In 2017, he also obtained a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
Prior to establishing his notarial office, Sean held various roles in the insurance and legal sectors, including positions as a Claims & Compliance Executive, Insurance Claims Specialist and in Underwriting. From 2021 to 2024, he also worked as a freelance legal consultant, assisting clients on a wide range of matters including property transactions, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
